  • You may not use any artwork images, AI-generated descriptions, or text from TidyBay without prior written permission from TidyBay and/or the respective artist.
• Any violation of these restrictions may result in legal action.

Accounts and Submissions

• Artists may submit images, descriptions, and related materials for their artwork. By submitting, you confirm you have the rights to the content and grant TidyBay a license to display and promote it on the platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• TidyBay reserves the right to refuse or remove any submission at its sole discretion.

Sales, Payments, and Shipping

• All artworks listed on TidyBay are primarily original pieces.
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted once the artwork has shipped.
• Before shipment, TidyBay works with artists and collectors to verify authenticity and provide detailed information.
• Shipments are typically handled via FedEx (or similar carriers) and are insured. In case of shipping damage or loss, the insurance company will be involved in resolving the matter.

Intellectual Property

• All content on TidyBay, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and AI-generated descriptions, is the property of TidyBay or its licensors.
• Artists retain ownership of their original artwork and grant TidyBay a limited license to display and market it through the platform.
• No scraping, downloading, or unauthorized reproduction of any content or images is permitted. Written permission is required for all external use.

Limitation of Liability

• TidyBay acts as a facilitator between artists and collectors and does not guarantee the value, appreciation, or future resale potential of any artwork.
• TidyBay is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, purchase of artworks, or delays in shipping.

Privacy

Your use of TidyBay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Changes to Terms
