TidyBay.com facilitates communication between artists and collectors and may also assist with the shipment of purchased artwork. Each piece is carefully prepared for delivery, with special attention to packaging and handling to ensure the artwork arrives safely. Shipping is typically arranged through FedEx or a comparable professional courier service.
To protect both the artist and the collector, insurance is purchased for every shipment. In the rare event of shipping damage or loss, the insurance provider will be directly involved to resolve the issue and ensure a fair outcome.
Prior to shipment, our team works closely with both the artist and the collector to confirm the details of the purchase, verify the authenticity of the piece, and share supporting materials (e.g., images, certificates, or documentation) to give the buyer full confidence in their acquisition.
Returns & Cancellations
Because the artworks offered through TidyBay are primarily original pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the artwork has been shipped. This policy ensures the integrity of the artist’s work and gives collectors confidence that they are purchasing a truly unique piece.
If a collector wishes to cancel a purchase, the request must be made before the artwork has been shipped. Once shipping has commenced, the sale is considered final.
